@a Group's DIVISIONS
Separate, but integrated
Each division of AkukhanYa is a separate entity, but yet integrated in some way in all the training programmes.
What do we mean? How can the divisions be separate and still be integrated?
AkukhanYa is the division that supports the clients with information on learnerships, bursaries, internships, workplace skills plans, B-BBEE Scorecard, coaching & mentoring and support of the HRD of the organisation.
AkukhanYa is the legal entity and
training support for HRD, while the other divisions are the training or
support to the training programmes.
